Referrals & Bookings

All examinations, except screening mammography, require a written referral from an authorised health practitioner (includes GP, Specialist, Dentist, Midwife, Nurse Practioner, Physio, Chiropractor, Osteopath and Podiatrist).

Making the Appointment

Bookings can be made to the appropriate branch either by telephone or by faxing the form.

Information on specific examinations can be found on the Examination List. Each examination has links to further information such as Preparation and Contrast Medium Information. 

Fee information is also available.

Preparation

Some examinations require special preparation, which will be discussed with you at the time of making the appointment. Preparations for specific examinations also appear as links from the these examinations on the Examination List.
